Step 1: Go to http://www.listen-within.com/alternative-medicine-guide.html and click on the videos. Select a video that provides value to those you are sending it to and have the video relate to your website.
Step 2: Then click on the video and play it
Step 3: Click on where it says share this video and select one of the icons. I selected the facebook icon, and the twitter icon. It will automatically open up the social network and post the video for you. You ask a question and put in your http:  url of the website you are trying to promote. (The key is to get a free account to all the social network icons, so you can post the video you selected and your url on a lot of high ranking blogs. This provides a search engine link back to your website and a lot of traffic. If there is a blog attached then write an article and put in the link to the website you want your traffic to go to.
Step 4: Make videos and put them on Daily Motion, youtube.com ext.

  • Marketing for Doctors, Dentists, and Dancers
Some say there is an argument for using the same marketing material for each profession. After all marketing is marketing, isn't it? Specify the profession in the first chapter and let the professional know that marketing is similar for most people.

The argument continues, to become a professional there is usually additional training that the professional has paid dearly for and so why not charge them more for the marketing materials when targeting each profession? If you went to a bookstore and were a dancer, which book would you pick up first, "Marketing for the Professional" or "Marketing for Dancers"? If you were a dancer you'd probably buy "Marketing for Dancers".

Similar to private label rights (PLR) where there is no copyrighted material and people are encouraged to use the same marketing articles, media and books, there are some marketers that feel there is nothing wrong with distributing the same information as long as you've changed the title (for the profession), book cover graphic (to show each profession), and the first chapter of the book to include target material aimed at each professional niche. Each person owning these rights can claim authorship and have an instant business up and going in no time.

I was recently approached with such an idea for a website that would have 52 weeks of coaching material, a book I could give away for free, a backend system where they would take care of all the deliverability and updating of the content and they would even call my customer to provide additional marketing coaching (where I would receive up to $1,000 if my customer bought) and this system would only cost $495, a one-time fee. They also offered to provide the raw materials and I could put in my own fulfillment system if I preferred instead of using their system.

In this case the marketing materials probably would be copyrighted. The websites would offer the same marketing material except targeted towards each particular profession (at least in the first chapter). It wouldn't be myself doing the training and providing the coaching materials but someone else if you used their system. Your only job in this case would be to have your name displayed at the top of the website and to drive traffic to the website to get results.

The pros are that you have an instant continuity business without doing any of the work.

The cons are that someone else is providing the content. You're name is on the website as the coach but you don't know what will be in each weekly lesson. You won't know if a doctor has talked with a dentist about their coaching material and found out the coaching programs are practically the same except for the first chapter. It stands to reason there will be many people who will be ordering "Marketing for Doctors" as doctors make a lot of money and the coaching content will not only be the same but the design of the websites will probably be the same.

I ran into a similar time savings plan recently. Someone was selling a membership for $37 and in the membership you'd receive three clickbank reviews per month. The website had really nice graphics but the reviews were the written by someone else and the membership was selling the same clickbank review package to anyone in the membership site with no additional changes (so lots of duplicate websites). The up sell was for an additional $10 a month if you wanted videos to explain the review before you were taken to the sales page of the clickbank product you were trying to sell. Well most people would pay extra because videos sell better than just the written word.

The first snag came about when I found a broken link on the review website. Apparently the product was no longer being sold, so that meant one review was already of no value. I went into the code to delete the information with the broken code only to find it originated from an xml file on the person's site who was selling the membership. That meant not only could I not fix a broken link, if I decided to change a review that would mean I would have a lot more work to do than if I had just created the website myself. To top it all off, the video reviews for all the clickbank products were freely given on Viddler. Anyone could use these same videos on their website for free. Obviously this membership didn't work out for me.

Back to the continuity program, was it a wonderful deal? It is common to outsource work these days and so most of the work to set up the website would be outsourced, but the websites probably would look similar. The coaching program would be probably be the same except for a few changes to reflect the particular profession.

Option 1, if you had them do all the work, you'd have no say as to what the content contains.

Option 2, you get the raw materials but have to have your own systems in place (like the call center that calls your customer for you to provide additional coaching, and the shipping out of the cd's) but you keep 100% of the profits and have some opportunity to change some aspects of the program.

My first thought was there are a million websites out there, and if you did a Google search on "Internet marketing for..." you'd already find a lot sites up for that topic. On the other hand, the person putting together the coaching is a marketing professional with in-depth training who knows how to sell products. There would probably be up sells, down sells, and he has arranged for the product fulfillment, personal coaching and the content of the continuity program. As a marketing professional he is experienced and knows what sells best.

There are many professional people that could use coaching to sell their products but what they need more than coaching are systems that help them sell their products. A marketing professional will probably have paid someone to create a website of their own. Doctors, Dentists and Dancers may have a website up with an opt-in box to gather clients and to distribute their information in a newsletter format, a payment processor in place to sell additional products and services, but they may have no idea how to get traffic to their websites. Professionals need to have leads they can contact.

It is not likely a professional would use a separate marketing system for landing pages, but they could use a video marketing system with coaching videos that teach them how to drive traffic to their websites and a community of prospects with similar interests to market to.

If the professional is into affiliate marketing then having separate landing pages on a different website may be useful as you wouldn't want to use your professional website to sell affiliate products or to give away a free eBook with affiliate links if it didn't relate to your professional interests.

How can you offer a coaching service without having a backend marketing system to help you market? In this continuity model, the coaching is provided in a weekly video and through email correspondence for a specified number of weeks. No marketing system is provided, just coaching on how to get leads to your website.

Most people who have never had a good marketing system in place would not see any flaw in this continuity model. It is only when you have partnered with someone who has a good marketing system in place that you can see the difference. The system that most marketers ask for is a marketing system that has all the features needed to train someone who wants to market their business. It is so much easier to add someone to a marketing system if there are step-by-step video tutorials that can be watched over and over again that walk each new member through each step of the marketing process. Instead of an email that often gets lost, isn't it better to have an organized membership website that is organized in a step-by-step manner with videos taking you by the hand at every step?

Whether you are just marketing your business or doing affiliate marketing there are times you might prefer having a landing page (opt-in box) on a different website. You may find some of the people needing coaching in marketing are not professionals, they have no website and they just want to drive traffic to your marketing system so that they receive residual income for each person that joins the marketing system. As a marketer you may also want to do coaching of your own and need a simple easy-to-use system that lets you add your branding videos to your squeeze page and to your landing pages. A good marketing system lets you easily customize and track this information. Although a marketer may want to brand themselves by customizing the landing page with videos of themselves, they may also just let the person owning the marketing system create the sales videos for them.

If I was learning to market my business as a professional, what would benefit me most, a continuity program where I'd receive a coaching video email once a week or a real marketing system with a community of fellow marketers that could help me market to those needing my services?

Although I didn't buy into the ready-made continuity system, I have found a lot of value in some of the marketing coaching that is being provided so far with the continuity system. Good coaching is valuable even if it is in a weekly video format. If you ask most people, however, having a good coaching program and marketing system in place is usually a better fit for most marketing professionals.

    Resource List:

    Ready Made Micro-Contintuity Program
The ready-made micro-contintuity program probably should be looked at further because it may cost up to $495 to create the book cover, squeeze page, sales page, not to mention the 52 weeks of training, etc. The content may be similar or the content may be changed (if your getting the raw material). It would be nice to be able to do both get the system in place and also get the raw material, have access to the website to make changes, etc., but we'll have to see what more is being offered. The coaching system is done by someone who is a very talented marketer and he has lots of people working for him so these websites may be a good bargain. Who wouldn't want to partner with Russell Brunson?

    Clickbank Review Sites
The Ready Made Review Sites have nice graphics and if you are a web developer you might want to save yourself some money and pick up the videos for free at viddler if you are thinking of joining this membership.

Good Personal Coaching and Systems in Place
The best marketing system I have found so far is one that provide systems, coaching, lead capture pages with someone doing the selling for you is The 7 figure Network Marketing System.

    Free Resources
If you are looking for free ebook giveaway lead capture pages, or help with video lead capture pages the links in this sentence may be of value you to you.

  • iGoogle Showcase and Donald Trump - Adding Donald Trump to Your iGoogle Home Page
New! Introducing the iGoogle Showcase and Donald Trump.

iGoogle (formerly Google Personalized Homepage and Google IG), is a service of Google, and a personal web portal. It was originally launched in May 2005. Its features include the capability to add web feeds and Google Gadgets.

As a marketer, I was not surprised to find Donald Trump in iGoogle's Showcase. Donald Trump is a Real Estate Mogul having completed huge building projects like the Trump World Tower, a 72-story residential tower. Donald has made money investing in commercial real estate also and some people are asking, "How much was Donald Trump's income in 2008?" Forbes indicated that Donald’s income was over $1.6 billion dollars.

One of Donald Trump's business ventures is Trump University where you can learn about real estate investing, incorporating your company into a limited liability company (LLC) and as a free member attending free seminars in your area. Donald is also a writer and is including a free copy of his "Catch the Wave", a book on CD-Rom that also includes powerful bonus reports and investor calculators to those that attend the free seminars.

Donald is also a television celebrity and known for "The Apprentice" a television show that has been on the air for the last few years now.

So what is Donald's latest venture? He has invested in Vitamin company called "Ideal Health" rumored to be renamed the "Trump Network". The Trump Network is prelaunch and will formally be launched in October of 2009.

The vitamin product is a uniquely formulated vitamin that is created for each person after a home test is sent back to the company. Experts looks at specific metabolic markers in urine, saliva, or blood spot sample, and then utilizes a database of over 100,000 patients and over 30,000 scientific nutrition studies from top research institutions to develop unique customized formulas for baseline nutrition and other health concerns.

As with most vitamin companies there is a multi-level marketing opportunity. The obvious advantage that Donald Trump will have over other vitamin companies is that he knows how to market his product. The fact he has celebrity friends such as "Oprah Winfrey" and has the money to market the product properly means that "The Trump Network" will be capturing many future headlines. As part of Igoogle's showcase Donald will be receiving a lot of favorable publicity and lots of people will be interested in learning about his latest projects.

How to add Donald Trump to your Igoogle home page. It is really simple to add Donald to your Igoogle homepage, just click on his picture and you will be taken to the Donald Trump biography page. You can choose to get different gadgets such as the Donald Trump Blog, Real Estate News, the Apprentice Game, Business Quotes of the day and more... that is listed on his page or you can add him as a tabbed page with everything listed with one click.

Donald Trump is sure to raise a lot of buzz in the MLM industry, but any good marketer knows that it takes more than a MLM opportunity to make money. It takes a marketing system and marketing knowledge to succeed in any business opportunity.

With the downturn of the economy and people looking for a way to work and feel healthier wouldn't it be great if the product works as advertised? It would be great to have a product that helped you feel more energetic and also provided people with a money making opportunity. There are a lot of optimistic people in the world that are hoping this is the case with the new "Trump Network" coming up.

  • Marketing Professionalism

    Marketing Professionalism vs Marketing Dis-ease

A lot of businesses promote canned marketing speeches which in the end defeats their purpose of marketing professionalism.

    Upsells:
How many times have you signed up for a free product only to be brought to an upsell page where for a one-time only offer you can have an additional product at a discounted priced for this one-time only?

Yes, in marketing this is something that most marketers do. If you don't like the page you just click on the next button on the web page. This in my opinion is ok, but how many times have you heard a telemarketer call you out of the blue to try and sell you a product over the phone? Not just the basic features but the upgrade features to a product you already bought? Yes that is why there is a telephone "Do Not Call List" and telemarketers can incur a very large fine if they attempt to contact someone on this list without permission. If you have a business association with the telemarketer can they still promote their products to you if you have already bought a product from them? There is a very fine line between professional courtesy and professional dis-ease.

Scenaro 1, you've signed up for an airlines rewards account, you've just bought an airline ticket and did not enter your rewards account id. Would you feel ok about getting a call from an account representative reminding you that since you forgot to put in your rewards number that they had done this for you and then they spent the next 10 minute trying to sell you an upgrade in one of their seating sections? In most cases this would not be ok.

You had not agreed to listen to a long speal about an product upgrade over-the-phone. You had only wanted to purchase the basic product and were not interested in buying additional features but yet you had to politely listen to the whole speal. In those circumstances you felt that the seller was not respecting your time schedule. The telemarketer hadn't asked you if you wanted to know about the upgrades he merely went ahead and spouted the upgrades to you without your permission. This creates professional dis-ease and in most cases might deter the customer from buying from this particular seller in the future.

Rule #1, Never remind a customer that they forgot to do something (it would have been kinder just to add the rewards number and not wasted the customers time in a return call)

Rule #2 Never try and sell a product or upgrade over the phone unless the guest has expressly asked for the information.

Rule #3, The telephone is only used to get someone over to a long professionally written salespage, don't ever try and sell a product over the phone with a canned sales script. Most people's attention span is about 2-3 minutes and they will resent anyone trying to sell them. People like to sell themselves on the products they like to buy.

Rule #4, You don't have to sell a good product, it sells itself. If you have a good product, people will walk all over you to get to that product.

Scenaro 2: You walk into a store and walk over to view a product. A salesman approaches and asks you if you need any help. You say, "No thanks", because you've already researched the product you want to buy, done a web evaluation on the best prices and the store you've decided to buy the product at and as an informed buyer you are just here to make the purchase.

In this case "You don't have to sell the informed customer on the product because the customer is an informed buyer, he knows what he wants and will let the seller know if he wants further features."

Pushing the upgrades on your products:
If the customer has asked about the upgrades to a product then it is ok to give the customer the details. If the customer is just wishing to buy the basic features, then trying to promote the extra features is an annoyance to the customer who may only be able to afford the basic features.
Rule: Wait until the customer expresses interest in upgrading.

"Most customers really wants to sell himself on your product and not be pushed or reminded to upgrade or buy."

Scenaro 3: You walk into a guitar store and are looking for the least expensive guitar amplifier. The customer service representative asks if you need help. In this case you might say yes and oh by the way, how does this spider jam amplifier work? The salesman instead of just telling you how it works wisely gets a guitar down and hooks it up to the amplifier and hands it over to you. He shows you a basic demonstration and then making sure you understand all the features, leaves you to explore all the possibilities and features of the product on your own. Yes the best way to get a sale is to let the buyer experience the product on their own before they buy the product. You can bet after listening to all the recorded tracks and features that the buyer will walk out of the store a happy camper (even with the higher price tag) if they think what they are buying is going to be a product that they can use and enjoy.

Why people don't use canned sales scripts:
    1. People like to communicate with other people who are having fun.
Memorized canned sales scripts are no fun for those required to use them and most customers recognize that these canned sales scripts are not truly part of an individual's communication with them and automatically disregard the words as canned and therefore of no importance to the conversation.

    2. Canned scripts de-personalize the conversation for both the buyer and salesperson. In some cases sales scripts are imposed on the sale person by those at the top that believe that quality assurance (or the rote memorization and speaking of these scripts promotes the business brandibility). In most cases people with quotas to fill and scores to keep are really not in touch with the buyer at all and these scripts can cause dis-ease (or disease) in the sales person because the salesperson is scored on how many times they can say a person's name in the conversation, how many times they can upsell in a conversation, how many times they can end the call with Thanks for calling....  and in most cases the calls must be time at 3 1/2 minutes or your score goes down. If caller is in a hurry and hangs up before any of these scriptable events happens the sales person gets a low score. If the buyer talks too long, forgets needed information or has multiple transactions to make... it will make the salespersons quota go down. Good customer service is never timed. There is nothing more important than the well being of the buyer. Timing customer service devaluates the telemarketer as well as the buyer and prevents communication which evenually means the loss of the sale people (who are not having fun) and in most cases the sale.

    3. Timing of transactions prevents some transactions from occuring. There is nothing more frustrating then inputting all of your information and then find that your session has time out. When the computerized tool you are using requires you to scroll from one side of the screen to other side to push a button, when you have inputted your information multiple times (because the information is not stored in multiple screens) and then at the end the session times out and you have to start over again, it is really like the scenaro of someone shooting themselves in the foot with a gun. Timing is everything in sales. A person only buys or attemps to buy a product when they feel that they are going to get rewarded by getting that product. If you promise this buyer that at the end of the transaction he will get want he was purchasing he will continue to purchase. If half-way thru the transaction the reward is undelivered, you can bet the buyer will think twice about purchasing from you again. You told him you were going to help him get his required reward and then pulled the carpet out from beneath his feet. In this economy there are so many products available that you'd better be sure that what is promised is delivered in a timely manner or that is is a unique product that no other can deliver.

    4. Communication - Kindness counts! When a buyer has to call someone else to find out the information needed or a buyer has left their credit card info locked in their car, it is important not to think about the minutes ticking away and your sales quota (quality assurance scores being lowered) over incidents that you cannot control. It is important to be kind and considerate in all situations as no one is perfect and everyone has situations beyond their control.

    5. None of us get out alive! When you feel that no matter what you do, that you are in an impossible situation, remember to try lighten up and de-stress your life. Dis-Ease is a component of disease and you will surely be able to avoid strains on your health if you realize that life is a game of chance and a numbers game. If you are in the right place at the right time, your chance of winning good health can be accomplished. If you are in the wrong place and stressed out because of circumstances you can't control you might want to step back and see if your most valuable asset (Your Health) is being affected. We have to live and support ourselves and because of this we are often stressed out daily. Take a few moments to clear your mind and to try and get above the current situation. Try and view your situation from a far as if you were someone else looking at the situation. What are you willing to give up to get to your success path? Most of us have loved ones we are providing for and so it's importand for you to keep up your health for their sake as well as for yourself.

    6. Good Worker Recommendations: I want to take a moment to commend all the people who have arrived at their jobs on time, followed all the rules of the job, displayed professional skills and good customer service and kindness towards all but suddenly through no fault of their own have been laid off because of this horrific economy we are in.  With all the layoffs, it is imprtant to remember , "When one door closes another door opens."

  • Free Google Keyword Tool

Brad Callen has done it again! This is one of the best google keyword tools I've seen in a long time. It gives you the ability to analyze the google adwords campaigns listed to the right side of your browser window. Before you would read the ad and then if you were interested in knowing more you'd have to click on the link to go to the offer page and in the process the person bidding on the adwords would be charged so much money whenever their link is click on. This keyword tool actually shows you the link of the offer page and the person paying for the ad is not charged!

As a side benfit after you click on the View keywords box under the ad, on the right side at the top of the screen the PPC Web Spy tool lists the keywords the person is using in his campaign, the position of his ad, the average cost per click (CPC), the number of clicks per day and the cost of the ad. Another great feature is if you click on the underlined keyword it will show you another ad with the keyword in it that the person is using in another google campaign. This is a great tool as you can see the many campaigns a particular person is using.

There is also a suggest tool for an even greater number of keyword ideas. This tool is viral because it is a free tool and you can give the link to many people. It has benefits for the marketer also as if you buy the upgrade you can advertise your affliate links in the top 2 positions of the Firefox web browser. Check it out at http://www.ppcwebspy.com/downloads/?buddy13
